We consistently place an emphasis on delivering high quality services with the lowest possible price. On the top of our lowest prices that we provide to our customers we also offer our wholesale customers 12% off. Furthermore, we update our products constantly.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Hype and Fashion will exchange or refund your money (no questions asked).
You may return merchandise by mail within 15 days for exchange or full refund.
When will I receive my order?
We currently operate on a 3 - 6 business day maximum production time from the date your order is placed. Our standard business days are Monday through Friday, except for holidays. The time in transit once your order has been produced can be anywhere from 1 to 4 days. We also offer second day delivery for your convenience.
Who can buy wholesale?
Anyone! We do not set any guidelines or limits for our customers. With over thousands of items to choose from, we are confident that you will find the designs for your targeted group.
What method of shipment do you offer?
We offer two shipping options:
-UPS ground shipping. This method of shipping is free for purchases over $50 and you won’t be charged.
(ONLY IN UNITES STATES)
-Second Day Air shipping. This method of shipment is fast and will be added to your total at the end.
You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed and shipped.
How secure is your website?
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy to full extent.
We offer 128 bit SSL (secure page) for any information that you provide us. Indeed we do not keep any credit card numbers on file. After processing any order the credit card number will be erased. Your email address will be encrypted to prevent any misuse by anyone or any organization.
